All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crochettastone@gmail.com. We are happy to review the situation and determine the best way to move forward on a case-by-case basis.
