Pre-Order Items
Items listed as pre-orders are made after your purchase is placed. Because each piece is handmade, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, materials, and current demand.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Items marked as ready to ship will typically be packaged and shipped within 1 week of purchase.
Shipping Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, shipping carrier delays and high-volume periods may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small handmade business.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Crochetta Stone is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered once they are marked as shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, apartment offices, and your USPS/UPS location.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with submitting a claim when eligible. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier related issues but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
